Details: One new case of COVID-19 has been diagnosed in the past
24 hours which is linked to a cluster at the Albert Road Clinic, a
private psychiatric inpatient facility near the Melbourne CBD. This
raises the number of people related to the clinic infected with the
virus to 16, including seven patients. The clinic is in lockdown
for 14 days and will undertake a decontamination, and all staff and
other close contacts of infected persons are being asked to
self-quarantine.
VIC has now had 1,351 confirmed cases of the COVID-19 virus.
