Bushfire Emergency Warning - bounded by Scarp Road and Farley Road to the east, Pinjarra Williams Road and Napier Road to the north, South Western Highway to the west and Blake Road to the south in parts of Meelon, Teesdale and Coolup in the SHIRE OF MURRAY and for people west of Nanga Road in southern parts of Lane Poole Reserve, west of the Nanga Townsite in the SHIRE OF WAROONA.

Bushfire EMERGENCY WARNING for southern parts of Lane Poole Reserve, west of the Nanga Townsite, and areas to the west of Marrinup State Forest in the SHIRE OF WAROONA and SHIRE OF MURRAY

A bushfire EMERGENCY WARNING is in place for people bounded by Scarp Road and Farley Road to the east, Pinjarra Williams Road and Napier Road to the north, South Western Highway to the west and Blake Road to the south in parts of Meelon, Teesdale and Coolup in the SHIRE OF MURRAY and for people west of Nanga Road in southern parts of Lane Poole Reserve, west of the Nanga Townsite in the SHIRE OF WAROONA. .

You are in danger and need to act immediately to survive. There is a threat to lives and homes.

The fire started in an area of state forest west of Nanga Townsite.

WHAT TO DO
If the way is clear, leave now for a safer place.
Do not wait and see, leaving at the last minute could put your life in danger.
Close all doors and windows and turn off evaporative air conditioners, but keep water running through the system if possible.
If you cannot leave, you need to get ready to shelter in your home.
Go to a room in your home away from the fire front and make sure you can easily escape.
Choose a room with two exits and water such as a kitchen or laundry.
If you are not at home, it's too dangerous to return.
