Squally showers developing tonight

Damaging winds averaging 50-65 km/h with peak gusts of around 90 km/h, are forecast to develop in the warning area later this evening and into early Saturday morning. The strongest gusts are likely to be about coastal and elevated areas, and generally associated with showers.

Locations which may be affected include Mount Barker, Mount Gambier, Naracoorte, Victor Harbor, Meningie, Robe and Millicent.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should:
* Move vehicles under cover or away from trees;
* Secure or put away loose items around your property.
* Stay indoors, away from windows, while conditions are severe.
