Weather Situation:
The Bureau of Meteorology warns that, at 7:30 pm, a very dangerous thunderstorm was detected on the weather radar near the area southeast of Warwick and the area south of Warwick. This thunderstorm is moving towards the north to northeast. Very dangerous thunderstorms are forecast to affect Warwick and the area northeast of Warwick by 8:00 pm and the area north of Warwick and Cunninghams Gap by 8:30 pm.
Other severe thunderstorms were detected on the weather radar near the area southwest of Warwick. They are forecast to affect Dalveen and the area west of Warwick by 8:00 pm and the area northwest of Warwick and Allora by 8:30 pm.

Damaging winds, large, possibly giant hailstones and heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding are likely.

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services advises that people should:
* Move your car under cover or away from trees.
* Secure loose outdoor items.
* Never drive, walk or ride through flood waters. If it's flooded, forget it.
* Seek shelter, preferably indoors and never under trees.
* Avoid using the telephone during a thunderstorm.
* Beware of fallen trees and powerlines.
