Monitor the fire and weather situation through your local radio station, www.emergency.wa.gov.au and www.bom.gov.au.
Call 000 (Triple Zero) in an emergency.

For Friday 24 January:

Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Blackwood, Avon, Arthur, Roe, Lakes, Stirling North, Stirling West, Stirling Coast and Fitzgerald Inland

Weather Situation
Fresh and gusty north to northwesterly winds combined with hot and dry conditions are leading to elevated fire dangers on Friday. There is also the risk of dry lightning, most likely in the afternoon.
