Extreme Fire Danger is forecast for the following fire weather districts:
Eastern Eyre Peninsula, Mid North, Mount Lofty Ranges, Yorke Peninsula, Kangaroo Island, Riverland, Murraylands, Upper South East and Lower South East

Weather Situation
Fresh to strong and gusty north to northwesterly winds coupled with very hot and dry conditions will drive Extreme fire dangers across southern and southeastern parts of the state on Tuesday. A fresh and gusty south to southwesterly change will move over southern and central parts in the afternoon and evening. Possible thunderstorms with little to no rainfall over the affected districts, bringing the risk of dry lightning.
